Donation Terms and Conditions
Purpose of Donations
All donations made to Kamentsa Inga Church The Soul of the Hummingbird are voluntary contributions intended to support our mission and programs.
Non-Transferable
All donations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual, organization, or entity.
No Refund Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable. Kamentsa Inga Church The Soul of the Hummingbird does not issue refunds for any contributions under any circumstances.
No Credits or Guarantees
Ceremony participants are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance for any associated travel, event cancellations, or other disruptions, including but not limited to flight cancellations.
No Call/No Show
In the case of No call and No shows, credits will NOT be granted.
Credits
Should you be forced to cancel your participation to a specific retreat for any last-minute emergency, we will honor your donation and allow you to participate in another ceremony within a 12-month period. After 12 months from donation date, the credit will expire and you will not be able to redeem it. Please contact us directly to notify us of any cancellation and to schedule your ceremony credit.
Modifications to Terms
Kamentsa Inga Church The Soul of the Hummingbird, reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT
In the unlikelihood that Kamentsa Inga Church The Soul of the Hummingbird must cancel a retreat, we will give you the option of getting a refund of your donation or saving the donation and collecting a ceremony credit for the next available ceremony in your area. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfare, travel or accommodation costs incurred. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
